Yes. I finally got the blender out to puree my son some yummy meals for the next two weeks. Three sweet potatoes and a bag of peas, plus a little bit of love, and viola! In no time Daniel was in heaven, and our freezer and fridge held the promise of more yummy in his tummy to come.
I'm looking forward to getting a little more creative with my mashing in the weeks to come. I'll keep you posted.

This has got to be way cheaper than buying the baby food from a store right? I wonder if they add any vitamins to their food or anything or if they just package pureed peas and call it quits.
At first I didn't think it would be much cheaper, but a bag of peas goes a long way. One bag made about 12 servings. That costs about $1-2.
2 servings of the food we were buying cost $1.50. So we get 6 times more food for the same price.
