Boys Experiment with Static Electricity

The boys discovered static electricity on their own while playing with balloons. They played around with it for a while. Covering their whole heads with balloons was their favorite 'experiment'.

We have been trying to do science experiments with Daniel and Chase on a regular basis. This one was their own discovery, but we are working on a "do plants grow better in light or dark" test as well. Every morning we measure at 7:30 we measure a plant in the sun and a plant in a closet to see if it as grown and which grows best.

For the record, Daniel's hypothesis is "The plant in the dark won't grow at all".
